Minimalism

Stuff12

More stuff

  • Occupy space
  • Unorganized, move stuff around occasionally
  • Distraction
  • Future decision of letting go

Less stuff

  • More empty space, which leads to more focus
  • Less stuff means more organized (easily organize and clean)
  • Save space for new
  • Save time and energy for future decision of letting go

What if you remove one material possession from your life each day, for a month? Just one. What would happen? 3, 11:26

The good news is, if you're carrying a burden without knowing it, your life could be better than you realize. Imagine walking around for years with five pound ankle weights, then suddenly having them removed.4
